A certified copy of a Birth Certificate for your children
A certified copy of a Marriage Certificate for your spouse
The last day to enroll is November 16, 2026.
Your new benefits will start on January 1, 2027.
Hospitality Plan Enrollment Questions and Answers
Enrollment for the Hospitality Plan is coming up soon! Eligible Gate Gourmet Employees have an option to elect union health insurance coverage through the Hospitality Plan. You can also add dental/vision coverage and dependents.
If you want to enroll in the Hospitality Plan, you must enroll yourself and any dependents by November 16, 2026. Your new benefits would start on January 1, 2027.
The Hospitality Plan Advocates will be on-site November 3-5, 2026 to help you enroll!
How much would medical coverage cost out of my paycheck each month?

You would have access to the national Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
When and where do I enroll?
You can enroll in person on November 3-5 (9am-5pm) in the Orientation Room!
Who can I add as my dependent?
You can add your legal spouse or a child dependent (up to age 26).
What documents do I need to bring to enroll my dependents?
- A certified copy of a Birth Certificate for your children
- A certified copy of a Marriage Certificate for your spouse
What if I can’t make it to the on-site event to enroll?
If you can’t make it to the event, you can enroll by phone or online up until November 16, 2026.

What are some of the copays with the Hospitality Plan?
Your copay is what you pay when you go to the doctor or get care. You usually pay it during your visit.Some of the copays are listed below:
